  Went here for brunch on Saturday.
  You can seat yourself so don't wait for anyone to approach you.
  The portions are huge & the taste is amazing.
  The service was alright, but it was probably a busy day for them.

  Portion sizes are wild here! You get so much food & for a totally reasonable price.
  
  I'm giving 5 stars over all BUT
  
  my server was a hot mess... her name was Megan, I'm guessing she was new but honestly she took forever to come greet us, then forever to bring coffeee and it just went on and on. Had to ask for the bill twice & then she never came back to get us change
  
  She also forgot to punch in the order of the people beside us.. !
  
  still 5 stars because she was trying  and the food was great

  I have found long strands of hair in my food on two occasions. Surprisingly enough the deal breaker was the service. The server charged someone else's meal on my bill and when asked to rectify it they suggested We go to the bank across the street and have the customer refund me because their system isn't equipped to void and correct the transaction.
  
  When we refused to do this, they called the police because we would not leave until our bills were corrected. A perfect example of racism and horrible customer service. Don't waste your time going here.

  food is tasty and portions are huge; definitely getting your money's worth. only food complaint i have is, i asked for well done scrambled eggs, and they weren't really scrambled, just a block
  of eggs that i had to break up myself. service is meh, forgetful server, had to ask a couple times for simple things ex. glass of water. no sense of urgency and honestly she didn't care. When first approached the table all she said was "hi" nothing else. My boyfriend and i sat awkwardly waiting for her to ask us either "how are you doing?" or maybe even "what can i get you to drink". instead she just looked at us, so i asked her how she was doing because it's just common decency, then i ordered my drinks. It was very dead and 2 servers on, so we were confused as to why she wasn't doing better. Probably pool tips because she clearly didn't care; a smile doesn't make up for bad service.  Please train your servers to at least pretend to care even if ur desperate for staff!
